Hazard Claims & Repair Processor: Boban provides supports for cost estimating, processing, and training processes for our field staff and contractors.  Assisting in quality control, Boban provides status communication to clients.

Melissa Murphy

Lead Preservation & Maintenance Coordinator: Melissa initiates and coordinates quality related analyst from preservation, service, and process improvement activities and documents data to comply with company mission. Melissa induces new field members for credentialing and assist with production goals ultimately assuring continual improvement.
